Shipping policy

Since we have permanently closed our local boutique in Dublin, the remaining stock is now being shipped from our international warehouse. This change allows us to offer free shipping on all orders - our way of saying thank you for your support.

Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days, with an average delivery time of 6-10 business days. Please note that due to high demand and limited staffing, there may be occasional delays.

How to Place an Order
Browse and select the products you want and add them to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, you can complete your order at any time.

Review Your Order
Check to make sure you have selected the correct products. Click “Check Out.” On the checkout page, confirm that the correct products, prices, and quantities are displayed. You can also leave a message on this page. If you cannot find a product or have any other questions, please visit our contact page.

Track Your Order
You can track your order using our Track & Trace system, which you will receive by email after placing your order. Tracking is available online 2–3 days after placing your order, so you will know exactly when you can expect your goods.

Responsibility for Unclaimed/Refused Packages
If a customer does not collect a package at the designated collection point or delivery address within the given time period, the customer is responsible. If the package is returned to our international warehouse, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • For orders up to €50, a flat fee of €14.95 will be deducted.
  • For orders over €50, one-third (1/3) of the order value will be deducted.

This fee covers return shipping and handling costs.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, orders are automatically queued for shipment and can no longer be canceled.
